Our final step is finding and securing the property. Once we have all your finance, long-term goals and property selection, we begin the search. 

This step will look and feel different depending on what type of investment we are searching for. New builds will generally have a quicker turn where as existing properties may take a little longer to find the right one at the right price. After all, we are not looking through realestate.com, we are finding off market opportunities and convincing the owner why now is the time to sell.
