I worked with Shaun, Anthony and the team to build a new co-living property, and they made the whole process super easy. They helped sort out my finance, found the land, managed the build which was finished in 6 months, and organised property management at the end. We bought an investment property with the Create Cashflow team this year, and the whole process was amazing. They found us a perfect investment within a month, organised the building and pest inspections and property management for us which made everything really simple. We just had the property valued and it’s already gone up over 20% so we are now in the process of pulling out the original deposit already and planning to purchase a second with them later this year.
