I had my initial call with Shaun on the 26th of February 2025 after I saw a shout out to Create Cashflow on reddit. Spoke to 5-6 buyers agents in that week and half. Shaun stood out for me with more genuinity than anyone else I spoke to.

Shaun has been my absolute go-to every since for properties/property related. I only had asked a million questions - just a few short. Sometimes things outside of Create Cashflow, yet Shaun answered them patiently, backed by enormous property knowledge.

Anthony complements the genuine nature of Create Cashflow. He is an excellent communicator and property negotiator. His comms with the builders and real estate agents were spot-on.

My personal experience with Create Cashflow has been nothing but extraordinary. If you have that 15 mins, book an initial call with Shaun and decide yourself 🤝

Shaun at Create Cashflow was an absolute legend for my new-build investment property purchase on the Gold Coast.

Before Shaun, I was a bit lost on tax structures, loan types, and the whole investment property process. What made the difference was Shaun's own experience as an investor. He shared his personal journey and even his own mistakes, which gave me a proper, no-nonsense view of things. He took charge of everything, from dealing with the broker and builder to sorting the contract signing. I always knew what was happening next, which was a massive relief.

The results were spot on: I felt confident about the tax side, finance approval was smooth, I picked the right loan, got better contract terms, and the whole thing was quicker and way less stressful. His communication was top-notch too. Even when I was on holiday overseas, he kept me updated on WhatsApp. It was brilliant, and I felt totally confident jumping into the investment game.

The whole process, from our first chat to signing the contract, took about 2 to 3 months. I'd definitely recommend Shaun and Create Cashflow to any first-time investors or anyone after a high-yield property, whether it's an existing place or a new build.

I had a great experience working with Shaun and the team at Create Cashflow. Although we weren’t able to proceed with the finance at this stage, I really appreciated their professionalism, transparency, and integrity throughout the process.

Shaun took the time to clearly explain the strategy and was very understanding when things didn’t align financially on my end. What stood out most was their commitment to doing the right thing—when it became clear we couldn’t move forward, they issued a full refund of the engagement fee without hesitation.

It’s reassuring to know there are people like Shaun who genuinely put the client’s best interests first. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them again in the future.

I worked with Shaun, Anthony and the team to build a new co-living property, and they made the whole process super easy. They helped sort out my finance, found the land, managed the build which was finished in 6 months, and organised property management at the end.
